Description

A charming Edwardian mahogany corner chair, dating to the early 20th century.

This beautifully crafted piece features an open spindle design with shaped fan splats and delicately turned supports, all joined beneath a gracefully curved top rail.

The central crest rail is gently arched and carved with a subtle foliate motif.

The padded seat has been traditionally upholstered in a classic tapestry-style fabric, complementing the warm tone of the wood and adding comfort as well as period authenticity.

Raised on finely turned legs joined by cross stretchers, the chair remains structurally sound and displays excellent craftsmanship.

This piece would be ideal for use in a hallway, reading nook, or as an accent in a period interior.
