Pro House Clearance

It’s not necessary for you to be present during your house clearance. You can greet our team on the day, or keys can be collected and returned from nearby neighbours, solicitors or estate agents. We will keep you updated on the progress of your house clearance by sending your photographs of the completed work.

All our teams have card machines, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer or cash.

All our vans and teams are fully licensed and insured. We also hold an upper tiers waste carriers licence for recycling legally, as well as being members of the Anti Fly Tipping Association.

We hold the upper tiers waste carriers licence, and are also members of the Anti Fly Tipping Association, so often we recycle the majority of household waste at commercial recycling centres. Anything usable, we donate to local charities, and all blankets, bedding and towels are donated to local cat & dog shelters, if we find any in-date, sealed food, we often donate to food banks and churches.

We cover all properties, from residential houses including apartments and mansions, derelict properties, commercial properties, offices, hotel chains, restaurants etc.

We will always ask you if you want to keep any paperwork found, if not, we dispose of confidential paperwork correctly at commercial paper shredding.

We usually only require 48 hours notice.

The only items we can’t remove from a property are:

1. Paint & Chemicals
2. Hazardous Waste

We always keep any valuable items found to one side for our customers, we often find jewellery, family photographs, heirlooms, important paperwork, and often antiques for our customers.  We also offer a FREE Asset Recovery Service as part of our house clearance service.

We use lo-loader luton vans, the biggest luton van available in the 3.5 tonne class, most house clearance companies use smaller ford transit luton or similar, we use the biggest luton vans on the market
