Meet Sir Gull, a rather eccentric gentleman of questionable intentions, dressed for battle and carrying a most sinister Halloween offering.
This wonderfully bizarre piece of anthropomorphic taxidermy features a genuine gull’s head, complete with an open beak and beautifully preserved natural feathers, mounted upon the body of an elaborately armoured medieval knight.
Clad in ornate silver-toned armour with a flowing cloak and fur-trimmed collar, Sir Gull proudly presents a translucent orange jack-o’-lantern, its wicked grin adding a delightfully macabre finishing touch.
Part Gothic fantasy, part Victorian-inspired curiosity and entirely ridiculous in the very best way, this unusual creation brings together the theatrical charm of anthropomorphic taxidermy with a wonderfully dark sense of humour.
An extraordinary conversation piece for collectors of unusual taxidermy, Gothic curiosities, Halloween oddities and the gloriously absurd.
Perfect for a cabinet of curiosities, eccentric mantelpiece or amongst a collection of strange and wonderful treasures.
