A charming original Disneyland Winnie the Pooh plush toy dating from the 1960s, produced under licence by Knickerbocker and retaining its original character and nostalgic appeal.

This early Pooh Bear features the classic golden plush body, embroidered smile, black plastic eyes and the distinctive red knitted cardigan associated with some of the earliest licensed Winnie the Pooh merchandise produced for Disneyland.

The original cloth labels remain present, including the Disneyland tag and manufacturer details.

Produced during the formative years of Disney’s Winnie the Pooh merchandising, examples from this period are increasingly sought after by collectors of Disneyana, vintage soft toys, nursery memorabilia and character collectibles.
