Description

Height: 16cm

A striking taxidermy stag beetle specimen, mounted in an upright position beneath a clear glass dome with a black wooden base.

The beetle features impressive curved mandibles, a dark head and thorax, and warm golden-brown wing cases.

Presented in a simple natural history style that allows the specimen to take centre stage, this is a fantastic little curiosity for a Wunderkammer, gothic interior, entomology collection or unusual home display.

Please study the photographs for the condition and individual characteristics of the specimen.

Care Instructions:
Keep dry and away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity. Clean the glass dome gently with a soft cloth. Avoid touching or handling the beetle directly, as preserved insect specimens are naturally delicate.
