An impressive taxidermy African Grey Parrot presented within a large traditional glass display case.

The parrot is mounted naturally upon a rustic branch, displaying the species’ beautifully detailed silver-grey plumage, scalloped feathering and distinctive vivid red tail.

The groundwork has been arranged as a naturalistic scene with dried grasses, flowers, bark and textured earth, giving the piece the appearance of an old natural history museum specimen.

The substantial glazed case is finished with a dark wood-effect frame and stepped base, creating a striking freestanding display.

A superb statement piece for a cabinet of curiosities, Wunderkammer interior or serious taxidermy collection.

Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description and show the condition and detail of the specimen and case.

Care Instructions:
Keep the case dry and away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity. Clean the exterior glass carefully with a soft cloth and avoid disturbing the specimen or groundwork inside.
