An original 1960s Merit Thunderbirds Intercom Set, produced in England by J. & L. Randall Ltd.

The colourful period box features fantastic original Thunderbirds artwork including Jeff Tracy, Alan, Virgil, Scott, Gordon and John, alongside Thunderbird 1, Thunderbird 2, Thunderbird 3, Thunderbird 4 and other familiar craft from the series.

The intercom set was designed to operate using vibrating sonic diaphragms, requiring no batteries, with a stated range of up to 300 feet. The box is marked Cat.

No. 3107 and carries a 1966 J. & L. Randall Ltd copyright date.

A great piece of original Gerry Anderson-era Thunderbirds merchandise and an increasingly collectable example of 1960s British television memorabilia.
