A charming 1950s ceramic Donald Duck money bank, featuring the classic Disney character with his instantly recognisable blue sailor hat, yellow bill and red bow tie.

The bank has a wonderfully expressive hand-painted appearance typical of mid-century character ceramics, with a coin slot incorporated into the piece and a removable stopper to the underside for retrieving savings.

A great piece of early Disney memorabilia with plenty of kitsch appeal, ideal for collectors of vintage Disney, character ceramics or 1950s toys and novelties.

In vintage condition with age-related crazing, surface marks and some wear to the painted decoration, as photographed.
