A large vintage LNER Flying Scotsman tinplate locomotive and tender, finished in the classic green and black livery and marked No. 4476.

The lithographed tinplate body features detailed printed driving wheels, connecting rods, boiler bands, cab detailing and LNER lettering to the tender.

The locomotive is also marked “Flying Scotsman” above the driving wheels and “Made in England” to the front section.

A substantial and highly decorative vintage railway toy, ideal for collectors of early tinplate trains, LNER memorabilia and British railwayana.
