An original British Pattern 1907 bayonet complete with its scabbard, designed for use with the iconic Short Magazine Lee-Enfield (SMLE) rifle. Introduced in 1907, this pattern became the standard British infantry bayonet throughout the First World War and remained in military service for decades thereafter.

The bayonet features the characteristic long single-edged steel blade with fuller, steel crossguard with muzzle ring, and wooden grip scales secured by screws.

The press-stud locking mechanism remains present, allowing attachment to the rifle in period military service. Accompanying the bayonet is its matching scabbard with steel mounts and leather body.

A highly recognisable piece of British military history, the Pattern 1907 bayonet saw service across numerous theatres of conflict and is sought after by collectors of First World War militaria, British military equipment, and edged weapons.
